The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.

Working specifically on the Dwr Cymru Welsh Water M&E Delivery Frameworks, managing water industry construction and engineering projects - ensuring full CDM compliance across our sites. This job opportunity will see you have the opportunity to work alongside some experienced M&E Site Managers and Construction Managers. Through your experience and training in this job opportunity, there is a clear progression pathway to work towards becoming a full site manager.

Our projects range in value from Β£5k to Β£15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.

The Role:

  • Contracted to 42.5hrs per week Monday to Friday.
  • Assist in managing M&E installations in accordance with company's Health & Safety.
  • Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards.
  • To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment.
  • Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an M&E or construction environment.
  • Site health and safety card.
  • Appropriate trade certificate/qualification.
  • Good client management and communication skills.
  • Fit for work medical.

Desirable:

  • Relevant M&E or construction qualification.
  • SMSTS Black Card.
  • CSCS.
  • Water industry experience.
  • EUSR, IPAF, PASMA, confined space.
