Development Manager -Asset Finance

Our client is an established, well-regarded provider of asset finance, offering innovative and flexible solutions for a broad range of assets including commercial vehicles, construction equipment, engineering equipment, and cars.

They have created a new role within their field sales team for an experienced Business Development Manager. This position covers a territory from Nottingham to the North East, including parts of Yorkshire.

The role involves sourcing business through direct marketing to end-user customers and via equipment vendors, negotiating rates and terms at the decision-maker level to secure profitable new and repeat business.

Successful candidates will be experienced asset finance sales professionals capable of self-generating new business and managing ongoing relationships to maximize repeat and referral opportunities. You should have well-developed technical skills with the ability to structure and package new business deals for the credit function.
