£65,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits

Possibl Search is on the hunt for a talented Product Owner to lead the charge on delivering cutting-edge, science-backed talent assessment products for one of our internationally renowned clients. This 12-month fixed term contract role is perfect for someone who thrives in Agile environments and wants to work on tools that help organisations make smarter, fairer people decisions within recruitment, development and team building.

You’ll collaborate with designers, developers and key stakeholders to turn insight into action – building innovative solutions used by global clients.

What you’ll do:

• Own and develop product vision and roadmap
• Translate business needs into clear user stories
• Prioritise high-impact features and guide delivery
• Ensure quality standards and track performance
• Turn user feedback into product improvements

What you’ll bring:

• Proven Product Owner experience
• Ideally, knowledge of assessment or psychometrics
• Agile and software development familiarity
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Degree in Business, IT, Psychology or related field
