Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Bodhi Job Description We are working with a top technology consumer company who are looking to hire a Campaign Manager to be the key liaison between their Adobe Campaign Operations Team and key stakeholders within their European clients. The successful candidate will be working in line with the overall strategy to devise and support digital campaigns for the Operations team to deliver. This candidate will also monitor performance of campaigns and identify improvements within the process flow. They will have excellent communication, organizational and presentational skills, they will be able to explain the technical details of the rewards set up in a non-technical way to people outside the discipline. They will be a strategic thinker with strong knowledge of CRM and digital marketing, ideally with experience of working with Adobe Campaign, or similar cross-channel digital marketing solutions. Responsibilities: Strategic worker and assist teams to design and develop campaign requirements Coordinate campaign activity between European regions and head office Providing campaign briefs to the Operations team and act as link between this team and the wider clients Coordinating Taxi (the CMS) for communications Provide insights to help inform business decisions across our European CRM division Working with marketing colleagues to develop and deliver insight centred on CRM targeting, personalisation, measurement and optimisation across multiple digital channels Collaboration is key to this role – you’ll be working closely with marketing colleagues, strategists, agencies and campaign delivery teams Interpret data, analyse results and provide ongoing reports Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Key liaisons – The successful candidate will liaise with the teams listed: The Operations Management Team, The CRM Management team, The CRM Technical Support Team, The European Regional Subsidiaries, The Adobe Support teams and other 3rd Parties.
