The Programme Manager will play a pivotal role in VINCI Facilities\’ central support team, overseeing the delivery of two critical Delegation-Wide Projects: Maximo (MAS) and Connect (SAP). This role ensures effective coordination, governance, risk management, and reporting, while working closely with stakeholders to deliver business-critical outcomes.
Job Description
The Programme Manager will lead the coordination of complex workstreams, driving the transition of our core business tools:
Works Management System: Moving from Maximo to MAS.
Finance Management System: Transitioning from COINS to Connect (SAP).
This role requires collaborative engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, including Workstream Leads, Project Teams, and the Executive Team. You will oversee project governance, risk mitigation, and ensure a smooth transition into business as usual (BAU) operations.
Responsibilities
Programme Coordination
- Develop and maintain the Master Programme, ensuring all deliverables and dependencies are tracked.
- Work with Workstream Leads to assess resource needs and address gaps.
- Facilitate the transition from development to BAU.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage with Business Process Owners, Workstream Leads, and supporting teams.
- Collaborate with the Change Management team on UAT, training, and rollouts.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including executive reporting and steering groups.
Governance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to governance processes to prevent scope creep.
- Maintain the RAID log and develop responses to risks and issues.
- Lead lessons learned reviews and sprint planning sessions.
Budgeting and Value Analysis
- Partner with the Executive Team to manage budgets effectively.
- Conduct cost/value/benefit analyses of programme outcomes.
Change Management
- Implement methodologies to manage change requests and programme scope adjustments.
- Integration Management
- Oversee SAP integrations to ensure readiness for UAT by Q4 2025.
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience in programme management, ideally within facilities management or IT/digital systems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in governance processes, risk management, and reporting.
- Familiarity with system integration and change management processes.
- Confidence in presenting and reporting to executive-level stakeholders.
