Activities Co-ordinator – Full time (doesn\’t need to be 9 to 5) – Flexible hours – 1 weekend a month

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee varied and engaging activities for residents.
  • Develop rapport with residents to support them throughout the day.
  • Build relationships with relatives to better support and understand residents.
  • Plan and organise events for holidays.
  • Arrange trips and excursions for residents.
  • Ensure risk assessments are conducted for activities inside and outside the home.
  • Understand and record residents\’ life histories.

A caring individual who can deliver heartfelt care, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality. Your involvement in activities may include assisting with mobility aids, providing emotional support, or end-of-life care, always prioritising residents\’ well-being.
