We are looking for a Stock Auditor, who ensures that the relationship between the customer and the laundry is maintained to the highest standard and that the company's assets and linen stocks are used in the best interest of the customer and the company. This is based from our Wednesbury site.
Your Mission at Elis
- Customer Service/Retention: Constantly seek out opportunities to improve systems and procedures.
- Ensure customers are aware of and using My Elis.
- Linen Return Profile & Customer Flow reviews: Support customer communication.
- Assist in the identification of textile loss & misuse.
- Report all back to site via current available methods.
- Subject Matter Expert [SME] for customer demand & level.
- Ensure all trackers & documentation relating to customer demand/stock is updated & maintained as required.
- Support Customer Flow Reviews as required.
