We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and take our brand to the next level. The Role
As our Head of Marketing, you’ll shape and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with Eleven’s ambitious growth plans. You’ll play a pivotal role in taking our SaaS product to market, amplifying our community strategy, and driving external PR to raise Eleven’s profile in the sports industry and beyond. From brand positioning and digital campaigns to content creation and performance analytics, you’ll oversee every aspect of marketing, ensuring our message resonates with clients and a broader audience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and leading the marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Putting our customers first; creating and enhancing opportunities to deliver value to underserved communities, and endlessly committed to driving advocacy and retention
- Overseeing the execution of impactful brand campaigns that showcase Eleven’s unique value proposition.
- Taking Eleven’s SaaS product to market, creating launch plans, campaigns, and materials to drive adoption and growth.
- Amplifying Eleven’s community strategy externally, enhancing Eleven’s reputation as an organization committed to making a difference and driving social change in underserved communities
- Leading PR efforts to build Eleven’s brand presence in the sports industry.
- Developing an end-to-end customer journey that includes new concepts, content creation, including web, email, social media, and PR, ensuring a consistent tone of voice.
- Using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and improve ROI, leveraging tools like Google Analytics.
- Partnering with product and sales teams to create targeted, engaging marketing initiatives.
- Leading agency relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative and media campaigns.
- Building and managing a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Monitoring industry trends and adapting strategies to stay ahead of the game.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Can confidently balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
- A creative and strategic thinker with exceptional campaign management skills.
- Strong content creation, storytelling, and PR experience.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
