Are you an experienced commercial leader with a vast background in developing and leading teams? Are you looking to join a successful Dental group to support with their continued growth across the UK & Europe?
Compass Associates have partnered with one of the leading providers of NHS & Private Dentistry to recruit for an Area Manager to support their Practice Managers across the South.
We are seeking a dynamic leader for a hands-on role to enhance patient care and improve the client and Associate experience across their South East business units. You will drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic collaboration, ensuring alignment with our annual business plan and accountability for P&L and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Practice Managers in achieving business goals
Monitor KPIs and coach leadership teams to enhance productivity and operational excellence
Line manage the Practice Managers within the region through exceptional leadership delivery of support, guidance and clarity of direction
Ensure Clinicians are utilised effectively across the region (and beyond) to reduce the impact of locum usage on the business
Be accountable for the Profit & Loss account for the region
Deliver outstanding levels of service to clients through feedback through Google Reviews and NPS scoring metrics
Ensure Patient flow and safety is maintained and enhanced throughout the practices at all times
Identify, plan for and manage capacity constraints and schedule resources appropriately in conjunction with the Practice Manager
Experience Required
Proven leadership in a service delivery environment, with strong people management skills
Track record of managing business KPIs and driving growth
Excellent relationship-building and change management skills
Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel
Previous experience within the Dental sector is preferred but not essential
