Shift starts between 8am and 11am. Due to the expansion of our Kent-based operations, we are seeking a number of permanent Class 2 Collection Drivers to join our Transport team based at our Aylesford location. Hours may vary. Candidates must be flexible to work outside normal core hours, including some weekends. The usual working pattern is Monday to Friday.

The Position

Working to specified run lists, complete collections and deliveries as planned.

The Responsibilities of the Role

  • Collect and deliver pallets, Yorks, and loose bags.
  • Complete all deliveries within the timelines set by the client.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
  • Transport and safely deliver company and customer products.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks on your allocated vehicle.
  • Report any vehicle defects or incidents.
  • Comply with company driver behaviour guidelines.

The Person

  • Full Class 2 licence with CPC modules 2 & 4.
  • Strong English language skills, written and verbal.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience with pallet multi-drop deliveries is desirable.
