Sennen Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant on behalf of a fantastic primary school. The successful TA will work with the Class Teacher and SENCo to undertake work, care and support programmes to facilitate learning of students. The role will entail working within a class to support one-to-one and small group work basis, inside and outside of the classroom.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will have a positive mind-set and will have strong engagement abilities to support the development of the children. An ideal candidate will need to be able to build rapport with the children.
Job summary- Working under the guidance of teaching/senior staff, to provide support for pupils in class or one to one.
