Clinical Negligence Solicitor

About the Role:

You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to clients and managing a caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence and personal injury claims—predominantly multi-track—aligned with your experience level.

Job Title: Solicitor – Clinical Negligence (3–6 PQE)

Location: Hybrid (London Office)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of serious injury claims with minimal supervision.
• Work collaboratively with other team members on complex, multi-track cases.
• Provide clients with clear, empathetic, and high-quality legal advice and support.
• Maintain excellent standards of client care and professional service.
• Contribute to the wider team’s development and success through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
• Support business development initiatives where appropriate.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualified solicitor with 3–6 years’ PQE in claimant personal injury and/or clinical negligence.
• Demonstrable experience in handling complex and catastrophic injury claims.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and litigation protocols.
• Confident managing high-value multi-track cases independently.
• Business development experience is beneficial but not essential.
