THE ROLE

As Territory Sales Manager, you will manage and grow an established client base while driving new business within Belfast & Northern Ireland. Your responsibilities will include:

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced dental sales professional who understands how to influence clinical decision-makers in a consultative, high-value sales process.

  • 3 years of field sales experience selling to dentists or dental practices (experience with implants, orthodontics, dental equipment, or consumables is desirable but not essential).
  • A proven track record in consultative selling, with the ability to educate and influence key stakeholders.
  • Hunter mentality – competitive, target-driven, and skilled at identifying and closing opportunities.
  • Experience in the private dental sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being part of a high-performing sales team.

Please note: Prior experience selling to dental practices or dental professionals is essential, whether it’s implants, orthodontics, dental equipment, consumables, or other related products.
