I am looking for a Director-level Risk Leader with hands-on Clearing Risk experience, ideally with a background in commodities, will potentially consider other asset class experience too. The ideal candidate will have experience in addition to managing a Team: Extensive Clearing Risk expertise across multiple asset classes, gained at a Clearing Firm or CCP. Prior trading experience, strong technology orientation, and keen attention to detail are highly valued. Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information effectively and recommend process improvements to diverse stakeholders, including Operations, Senior Management, and the Board. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree, FRM, or other advanced certifications preferred). 10+ years of experience in banking and finance, with at least 5 years in risk management roles. Deep knowledge of regulatory and CCP compliance requirements , with expertise in Central Clearing Counterparties and a strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks.
