I'm working with a global commercial real estate services firm to find a Project Manager for their Birmingham office. This is a well-established company with 400 offices across 60 countries and £7.6 billion annual revenue. They've been in the market for over 100 years.
My client needs someone who can manage commercial property projects from inception to completion while also developing new business. This isn't a typical PM role, you'll be pitching for work (with full training and support) and building your own client relationships across Birmingham.
The projects are varied and substantial, including large Category A fit-outs, new builds, office developments, and industrial schemes. You'll work with Birmingham's established contractor and consultant network while having access to global resources when needed.
The Candidate:
- MRICS qualification - this is essential
- Proven experience with large CAT A and new build projects
