As our ERP Programme Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of a transformative enterprise resource planning system, streamlining processes, empowering teams, and unlocking sustainable commercial growth. This is more than a technical role; it’s an opportunity to shape the very heart of the DD Group, unlocking significant scalability and business growth opportunities. We are offering a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months for this opportunity.
Your responsibilities:
- Define, plan, and execute the ERP programme.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource, cost, and schedule estimates.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day execution of the project.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Ensure that the ERP system is implemented successfully and meets the organization’s business needs.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, including top management.
- Facilitate and manage change requests related to the project.
- Organise and lead project status and working meetings.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure that it is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years experience of successful ERP implementations, with at least 5 years in a programme management capacity.
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programmes, ideally ERP rollouts.
- Comprehensive understanding of ERP systems, including architecture and data migration.
- Adept at aligning technology solutions with strategic objectives and guiding teams through change.
- Natural ability to unite teams, promoting collaboration and shared purpose.
- Experienced in creating governance frameworks, monitoring KPIs, and addressing risks.
- Skilled in negotiating and managing external partnerships to achieve programme milestones.
- Proficient in facilitating smooth transitions, empowering teams to adopt new systems and processes.
- Confident engaging with Board-level stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certifications are beneficial.
- Experience in retail/distribution is desirable.
- Experience with Intacct IQ is desirable.
