The Camp Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of our multi-activity holiday childcare programmes, ensuring the welfare and safety of children on camp at all times. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced professionals to help us fulfill our commitment to 'Inspire Children Every Day'. You will manage, motivate, and support your staff team to create fun and engaging holiday camps that promote participation, structure, care, and development.
You will ensure the effective implementation of all policies and procedures, liaising with parents, school representatives, and Head Office. In addition to leading sessions, staff will contribute to maintaining the high standards of physical, emotional, and social care offered by Ultimate Activity Camps. This role is busy but rewarding and varied, with the success of parents and children depending on your leadership.
