Delivery Driver

365 People are looking for experienced drivers to join our prestigious client in Oldbury, where you will play a crucial role in their logistics operation. We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
• Load and unload items from the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep delivery vehicles clean and organized
• Adhere to traffic laws and follow established delivery routes
• Handle heavy lifting of goods when necessary

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver
• Ability to drive and operate delivery vans or commercial vehicles
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Proficient in navigating various locations using GPS or maps
• Capability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
• Commercial driving experience is a plus
