The Club is seeking an Academy YDP Games Programme Coordinator to help manage the YDP Premier League Games Programme.
JOB PURPOSE
To coordinate the Games Programme provision for the Youth Development Phase (U13-U16), supporting the Academy Operations Manager to ensure that we are providing a ‘best in class’ experience for all players.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead on the administration and coordination of the YDP Premier League Games Programme (U13-U16), including match officials, medical cover, correspondence with opposition clubs, facility bookings and travel.
- To lead on the administration and coordination of all YDP Tournaments (U13-U16), both internally and as organised by the Premier League.
- Act as Matchday Coordinator on a rotational basis, overseeing all activities organised by the Operations Team to ensure the smooth running for all involved.
- To provide administrative support to both the Academy Operations Manager and Academy Administration Manager.
- Assist the Academy Operations Manager with the coordination of Academy Tours as and when required.
- Assist the Academy Operations Manager with the organisation of annual player & parent induction evenings.
- Arrange the payment of match officials via YesRef with the Accounts Department.
- To undertake Tour Lead responsibilities as and when required.
- Act as the Super User for the Academy’s communication tool, Teamworks.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Premier League Youth Development rules.
- To attend Academy meetings to contribute to, take minutes and share actions points with staff.
- To maintain the Academy’s SharePoint system.
