Event Date: First week of September

Producer Start Date: ASAP (need to do some pre-work now such as venue scouting)

Scope of work:

  • Pre-Event
  • Source and book venue, ensuring all permits and insurance are covered
  • Manage budget, timelines, and all third-party suppliers (AV, F&B, staging, dΓ©cor)
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics
  • On-the-Day
    • Lead setup and oversee all event operations
    • Manage vendors and crew on-site
    • Ensure smooth event flow, guest experience, and brand visibility
    • Troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Post-Event
    • Deliver post-event wrap-up and reporting
    • Assist agency on additional requests (if needed)
