Location: Hybrid – 3 days in the office at our Swinton Office

The Opportunity:

We\’re looking for a Paid Search & Social Account Manager to join our growing team. Working closely with our Head of Digital, you\’ll manage and optimise paid campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, using a collection of industry-leading technology to drive high-quality leads for our clients.

Your Role:

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and Microsoft Ads
  • Develop and implement proven strategies to achieve client lead generation goals
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance proactively
  • Present regular performance updates and recommendations to clients
  • Be an innovator, consistently keeping up with the latest performance techniques.

  • 3+ years experience managing paid advertising campaigns

  • Experience across multiple paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Experience with CRMs and email marketing platforms
