Charities Solicitor: NQ - 3

A leading law firm is seeking a junior Lawyer to join its leading Charities team. This is a rare opportunity to work with one of the UK’s most respected practices in the not-for-profit space.

The firm has a long-standing commitment to the charity sector, advising a wide range of not-for-profit organisations across education, healthcare, the arts, international relief, and philanthropy. The team is ranked highly in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, and is known for its deep sector knowledge and collaborative approach. Many team members are charity trustees or have been seconded to major clients, offering valuable insight into the sector.

The Role

The role involves advising on charity law, trust and tax matters, regulatory issues with the Charity Commission, and philanthropy advice for individuals and businesses. You’ll work closely with high-profile clients and gain exposure to complex, often cross-border matters.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• NQ to 3 years’ PQE
• Prior charity law experience is not essential but you must have a demonstratable interest in the charity sector with strong commercial and/or trust law experience.
• Strong academic background and training from a reputable firm
• Entrepreneurial mindset
