What You'll Do:- Develop and execute a comprehensive pre- and post-induction plan that supports new ways of working and prioritises customer focus.
- Create a scalable knowledge framework that evolves with our needs and aligns with job roles.
- Curate engaging learning content through e-learning, interactive sessions, and expert mentorship.
- Collaborate with talented L&D colleagues and industry experts to enhance our training programmes.
- Deliver e-learning modules, face-to-face and remote training sessions, expert-led mentoring and shadowing opportunities, and supplier-led learning and product immersion.
- Collaborate effectively with L&D colleagues, subject matter experts, and branch teams.
- Work with local HR teams and operational leaders to design site-specific onboarding experiences.
- Engage with external suppliers and partners where necessary to enrich content.
- Support the wider business strategy by embedding the framework as a long-term development tool for all branch colleagues across the territory.
- Ensure learning design is practical, measurable, and business-focused, enhancing performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Champion a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and customer-centricity across the branch network.
