About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their esteemed Adult Social Care Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert social work practice in complex situations, assessing and managing high-risk cases.
- Offer expert opinions and guidance on decision-making in complex cases.
- Lead and support the professional development of others through supervision and mentoring.
- Deliver training, assessment, and teaching to promote high-quality social work practice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
