Night Hygiene Operative

Thrive Shepton is delighted to be working with our client in Evercreech, Shepton Mallet, who is actively recruiting for a Night Hygiene Operative on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.

As a Hygiene Operative, you\’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Cleaning production areas, offices, canteens, and communal spaces.
2. Managing waste and laundry, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is sanitized and stored properly.
3. Keeping records of cleaning and chemical checks, carrying out bio-trace tests, and reporting any maintenance issues to help create a safe and organized environment for everyone.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven hygiene experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Effective time management
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Hours & Pay Rate:

Monday to Friday, 18:00 – 02:00

£14.80 per hour
