Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. Collaborating with UX/UI designers to produce stunning, functional and accessible websites. Provide reliable time estimates for tasks. Be the friendly voice and expert hand providing CMS training to our clients. Report progress to Project Managers on a regular basis. Stay up to date with website and digital trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest innovative ideas. What you need to bring: Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital agency environment. Experience of HTML, CSS (Tailwind), JS. Solid understanding of web development principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and SEO. Solid understanding of Content Management Systems – experience of Craft CMS would be a bonus. Familiarity with Git version control systems and agile development methodologies. Excellent organisation and time-management skills. Fantastic attention to detail. A friendly and approachable attitude – we value kindness, respect and being a team player. Ability to work well in teams as well as individually. Super problem-solving capabilities. Trustworthy and amicable. Willingness to be flexible – additional/alternative tasks may be required from time to time. Nice to have: Experience in Craft CMS.
