What you'll be doing:
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to assess operating expenses and review financial performance.
- Support the evaluation and financial planning of new programs and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and analyse program/specialty-level financial performance reports to generate insights and promote cost control.
- Lead and support annual budget planning, financial projections, and periodic operational reviews with stakeholders.
- Provide financial guidance on policies, workflows, and best practices to internal partners.
- Analyse cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support competitive pricing through benchmarking and financial modelling.
- Develop a strong understanding of healthcare cost drivers, subsidy frameworks, and service costing.
- Contribute to finance process improvements, internal control enhancements, and compliance initiatives.
- Support key system implementation projects such as Billing Transformation, Costing Systemisation, and Subsidy Review.
- Assist in change management and training efforts related to financial systems and processes.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor Degree level in Accountancy/ Finance or relevant studies.
- 1 - 2 years of experience within Finance roles, preferably within Healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of costing, pricing strategies, and budget management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications; experience with SAP (FI-CO, ISH) and data visualisation tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across functions.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with a continuous improvement mindset.
