Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting in the management of clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing consistently high levels of client service.
- Contributing to the successful delivery of reward projects and ensuring technical excellence.
- Contributing to the day-to-day delivery of client services both compliance and advisory.
- Contributing to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients.
- Adhering to Quality and Risk Management processes.
- Being a trusted member of the team by developing and counselling junior members of staff.

- Working understanding and technical competencies of key equity and/or reward concepts including: Equal pay and wider pay transparency requirements, development of tailored reward solutions that drive performance and employee engagement, comprehensive market research and analysis to inform reward strategy recommendations, communication and implementation of reward programs, ensuring clarity and buy-in from client stakeholders, legal and regulatory frameworks of all reward programmes, design and implementation of benefits for clients, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee incentives.
