As a Partnership Development Coordinator, you will support us in developing partnerships with organisations that can benefit from our services or collaborate on shared goals.

In this role, you will help Bridging Beyond expand its impact by identifying, developing, and securing partnerships with businesses, community organisations, and other potential collaborators. You will research and reach out to prospective partners, initiate conversations, and build strong relationships that align with Bridging Beyond’s mission. Your work will involve establishing formal partnerships where Bridging Beyond provides workshops or services—either free or paid—as well as other forms of collaboration that support mutual goals. You will also manage partnership agreements, ensuring that commitments are fulfilled and relationships are maintained effectively.
