Investor Relations Associate – Mid-Market Private Equity We are currently partnered with a Tier 1 Private Equity fund manager looking to add an IR & Marketing professional to its team in London. The company has been in the market for over 20 years and is one of the market leaders in its field. The IR & Marketing Associate will sit within the IR team and play a pivotal part in supporting the fundraising process, completing day-to-day project management responsibilities and coordinating marketing activities. Responsibilities: Work with the Senior IR team to organise roadshows, meeting notes, and investor follow-ups. Assist in the production of pitchbooks, teasers and other marketing materials. Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies, as well as support with relevant press releases. Update and maintain CRM. Support with the organisation of investor events and AGMs. Requirements: 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role at another private markets fund or placement agent. Experience in working with closed-ended funds is a must. Fluency in both written and spoken English. Strong communication and presentation skills.
