About the role: We are actively looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator looking for a new challenge. This is an exciting and wide-ranging role that will be reporting directly into the Accounts Payable Manager but will also work closely with the AP and MA teams. The role includes:
- Processing supplier invoices and purchase orders
- Creating and processing supplier payment files
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Logging and actioning queries from suppliers and colleagues
- Processing of incoming post
- Other ad hoc activities at the direction of the Accounts Payable Manager

- Accounts Payable experience, ideally in a large organisation
- Used to working collaboratively in a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the business
- Accurate, diligent and conscientious with good attention to detail
- Experience using an accounting system an advantage
- Build effective and credible relationships both internally and externally
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good time management
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Excel
- AAT qualified, part qualified or equivalent
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
