Shift: Working 5 days between Monday - Sunday
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Hourly Rate: £13.37 basic rate (additional rate for overtime)
About the role: You’ll start your day in the local delivery office, loading mail for your route, then set out on foot or in a provided van to complete your parcel/mail round. You’ll be given a hand-held computer to capture customer signatures and optimize your route. Each round usually takes around four hours.
About You: You should be upbeat, self-motivated, and comfortable working alone or as part of a team. A strong sense of community and flexibility appeal to you. You must enjoy outdoor work in all weather conditions and be interested in a job that helps you stay fit. Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Driving Licence Requirements: A full UK manual driving licence with no more than six penalty points is required. A clean licence is preferred.
