Key Responsibilities: 1、Market Development: 1)Develop and implement strategies to expand remittance services in target countries. 2)Conduct market research to understand cultural nuances, demographic trends, and regulatory requirements. 2、Customer Engagement: 1)Provide exceptional support to users, assisting them through the remittance process on Panda Remit. 2)Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 3、Collaboration: 1)Work closely with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions for each market. 2)Liaise with compliance and operations teams to ensure adherence to local regulations. Job requirements: 1、Education: A globally recognized bachelor’s degree or higher. 2、Language Proficiency:Fluency in English. Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Hindi, Indonesian, Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, Nepali, or Malay. 3、Skills: 1)Strong market expansion and customer service abilities. 2)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3)Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4、Eligibility: Applicants must hold one of the following Singapore identification statuses: S Pass (SP), Employment Pass (EP), Permanent Resident (PR), or NRIC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
