Your Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:
You will be part of a supportive and skilled team committed to helping residents live with dignity and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising care staff during your shift
- Providing personal care and companionship
- Administering and overseeing medication
- Supporting residents in their daily activities and routines
- Updating and maintaining care plans
- Supporting residents with end-of-life care

Glenholme Bispham Gardens is a 52-bed care home located in a quiet residential area of Blackpool. Our home provides high-quality care for older adults, including specialist services such as dementia and end-of-life care. In early 2021, we expanded with a brand-new 24-room extension, enabling us to continue offering exceptional residential care in a modern, welcoming environment.
