As a business development manager, you will be the first responder to high intent, inbound customer enquiries (new business) who will need an immediate and highly consultative engagement to quickly establish a deep understanding of their needs and require compelling creative solutions. What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain a new business pipeline from multiple sources (inbound, outbound, leads from colleagues, your network, self-sourced) that enables you to deliver results consistently on and above target.
- Oversee the end-to-end journey of new client business from first contact, to transitioning new projects into the creative process (with the support of our client services and project team).
- Qualify leads, set up discovery meetings to establish needs and quickly build trust, deliver presentations to demonstrate solutions and past work, build winning proposals and work with colleagues to move them through the sales cycle through to contract.
- Be diligent in maintaining the company CRM system that contributes to building an overall picture of our customer engagement and results.
- Carry out follow-up activities from client meetings, including pitch work, writing proposals, negotiating around objections and sending contracts.

- 2 days volunteering time per year to help in the community.
- Extensive benefit schemes including private healthcare, highstreet discounts, cinema tickets, electric vehicle scheme, cycle to work scheme, to name a few!
