If you\’ve worked in a creator talent acquisition agency, a digital native – influencer marketing platform to acquire top creators in the business we are keen to speak with you. Bring 7–10+ years’ experience in commercial/revenue leadership in creator or ad-driven platforms – in Sales, Business development functions – we\’re looking for Hunters with strong strategic fundamentals.Lead a global, remote, high-impact commercial function focused on platform monetization.Acquire and scale high-performing creators across content, wellness, sports, and crypto.Drive creator earnings through staking, token rewards, Creator Shops, and XP systems.Build and close strategic partnerships with platforms, tools, and ecosystems.Develop scalable revenue strategies via integrations, rev-share models, and vertical growth.Sell branded content, ad inventory, and sponsorships to brands and agencies.Manage ad pricing, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks with cross-functional teams.Must understand ad tech, marketplaces, Web3/token ecosystems, and output-based rewards.Requires strong communication, negotiation, and ability to work across markets/time zones.
