The Role
As a Senior Product Developer, you will lead the creation and development of advanced tactical clothing and equipment, focusing on hands-on execution and practical problem-solving.
Your ability to combine creativity, technical expertise, and results-driven pragmatism will be critical to delivering exceptional products that meet market demands and customer needs. Hybrid role, 1-2 days a week in Leeds office.
Key Responsibilities
Product Design & Development
- Independently lead the design and development of tactical clothing and equipment.
- Craft and refine prototypes that balance functionality, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
- Innovate designs based on direct market feedback and customer requirements.
- Oversee product testing and validation, focusing on performance under real-world conditions.
