A fast-growing company in the cloud media services space is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join its talented team. As a key member of the Programs team, reporting to the Director of Programs, you will work closely with top-tier Enterprise customers while also helping to build and manage a subteam of Business Analysts across multiple initiatives.

In your customer facing role on major programs, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing requirements for digital transformation and cloud systems integration projects. These will focus on global-scale strategic initiatives, the cutting-edge use of public cloud, SaaS integrations, and AI-infused workflows.

In your internal role as a sub-team manager, you will be a player-coach leader, setting the highest standards for delivery and holding your team accountable to meet your exacting quality expectations.

What we're looking for from you:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, including in a lead BA role, preferably working within the media tech, cloud & SaaS, or broadcast industries
  • Demonstrable experience working on global scale programs/projects, for large Enterprise organisations
  • Experience working to agile values and principles including Scrum
  • You have the ability to clearly visually communicate processes, organisational structures, systems, data and roles and responsibilities, and how they interact with one another (BPMN + UML and other visual diagramming)
  • Translate business drivers, goals and constraints into business objectives
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and use an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery
  • Manage and communicate with demanding stakeholders and clients in a calm and professional manner
  • Communicate and collaborate within and across teams and departments

Attributes and Career Goals:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual diagramming communication skills
  • Confidence and ability to communicate with stakeholders and management at all levels (including C-Suite)
  • Knowledge of media workflows and digital video content distribution
  • A team player with a desire to share knowledge and train other team members
  • A self-starter, resourceful with outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience of working in broadcast or digital media industries is preferred.
