The predicted salary is between 60000 - 90000 Β£ per year.

The Birthplace is a 12-bed, private room, labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum unit that includes a nursery staffed by obstetricians, certified nurse midwives, pediatricians, neonatologists and registered nurses. The Unit also has a 2 bed triage and 6 bed postpartum area.

Registered nurses are required to demonstrate competent care of the patient in labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn advanced fetal monitoring, breastfeeding education, neonatal resuscitation certification, advanced life support certification, and the OR scrub and circulating roles.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current Massachusetts RN license
  • Labor and Delivery experience required
  • Mother/Baby experience required
  • AHABLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire
  • NRP required
  • Evidence of recent EFM continuing education

Recommended Requirements:

  • OR Circulating & Scrub experience preferred
  • Experience working in continuing care/special care nursery/NICU environment preferred
