About the Role

As a Medical Aesthetic Therapist, you will perform advanced skin treatments and provide expert advice to ensure every client receives a luxurious, personalised experience. Your knowledge of skincare and passion for aesthetics will help clients achieve lasting, effective results while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of laser and non-laser skin treatments, including solutions for acne, pigmentation, rosacea, and veins.
• Build lasting client relationships by offering personalised treatment plans and skincare advice.
• Collaborate with the team to cross-refer treatments and ensure clients benefit from the full range of services offered.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism in the clinic.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through expert consultations while always prioritising the client’s needs.
• Assist with reception duties, client check-ins, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to a high standard.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for Aesthetics: A genuine enthusiasm for skincare and advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in aesthetic clinics, with relevant qualifications (Level 4 Laser required, Level 5 Vascular Laser desirable).
• Knowledge: Training in ZO Skin Health, HydraFacial, microneedling, and advanced laser treatments (Cutera experience preferred).
• Professionalism: A polished appearance, warm personality, and a positive, mature attitude.
• Sales Savvy: Confidence in recommending products and treatments with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Key Skills:
• Strong communication and consultation abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Team-oriented mindset, capable of working independently when needed.
• High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and development in the aesthetic field.

Additional Information

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, including weekend availability.
• Experience: Aesthetic therapy – 4 years (preferred).
• Licence/Certification:
• Core of Knowledge Certificate (completed within the last 5 years) – required.
• NVQ Level 4 Laser Certification for skin, rosacea, and pigmentation – preferred.
• NVQ Level 5 Vascular Laser Certificate – preferred.
• NVQ Level 4 or higher in aesthetics (non-laser) – preferred.
• Work Authorisation: Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
