Reconciliation of accounts to ensure that all invoices have been actioned by the customer. Purchase Ledger – processing of purchase invoices, coding, electronic filing. Preparation of weekly suggested payment runs. Supplier statement reconciliations. Processing staff expenses. Contact with customers to chase outstanding debts. Monitor accounts inbox. Maintain monthly charges tracker. Ad hoc tasks requested by the Finance Manager. Good telephone and email manner. Energetic and enthusiastic. Strong interpersonal skills to build good relationships with other staff and customers. Ability to prioritise and organise tasks.
