Job specification:

  • Mid-month/end of month customer statement runs.
  • Reconciliation of accounts to ensure that all invoices have been actioned by the customer.
  • Purchase Ledger - processing of purchase invoices, coding, electronic filing.
  • Preparation of weekly suggested payment runs.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Processing staff expenses.
  • Contact with customers to chase outstanding debts.
  • Monitor accounts inbox.
  • Maintain monthly charges tracker.
  • Ad hoc tasks requested by the Finance Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
