Rota: 4 on, 4 off, 4 on

Location: Vauxhall – Luxury Residential Site

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Provide a quality service to the residents and ensure individual requests are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
  2. Assist with the security of residents and the building at all times, ensuring that the safety of all residents and visitors is maintained.
  3. Ensure that all requests & enquiries to the Concierge Department (both in person, email and by telephone) are dealt with efficiently in a timely and professional manner on every occasion.
  4. Accept and issue resident’s parcels.
  5. Meet and greet all residents, guests and clients. Demonstrate stand to greet service.
  6. Ensure the smooth running of the communication systems within the Estate, i.e., telephone, radio’s, internal intercom system, b. Life etc.
  7. Ensure only authorized persons are given access to areas.
  8. Issue visitor parking permits, offering explanations to the onsite parking procedures.
  9. Aid the Security of the estate by communicating regularly with them, including informing them of any concerning matters that have been notified to concierge.
  10. Liaise with cleaning staff regarding domestic rubbish being removed from apartments and remove rubbish if necessary, following operating procedures.
  11. Correctly report any security / health and safety issues.
  12. Correctly report any incidents or complaints.
  13. Safekeep security keys on behalf of residents and the estate, strictly following standard operating procedures at all times.
  14. Issue keys only to the correct personnel/residents, strictly checking that the appropriate authorization & disclaimers are in place.
  15. Cross-train other resort departments.
  16. Respond to resident enquiries by the b. Life system, ensuring the time constraints are met for open tickets.
  17. Receipt & issue residents’ dry cleaning/laundry, ensuring relevant paperwork is completed.
  18. Conduct apartment & estate key audits during night shifts, with follow-up for any missing keys with the last person in possession.
  19. Proactively deal with maintenance and cleaning problems that are identified within the estate.
  20. Maintain a safe environment for all people in the estate at all times.
  21. Securely handle people’s data, ensuring the PC is locked when not in use or nearby and comply with GDPR.
  22. Report any accidents and record in the accident book as appropriate.
  23. Turn on and off the lobby lights at the appropriate times.
  24. Handle high-pressure moments where many people may be queuing; deal with complex issues and remain calm when addressing challenging people.
  25. Conduct monthly stock checks of the first-aid box, concierge stock within the concierge office, and requisition supplies as appropriate.
  26. Assist residents in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
  27. Know all essential aspects of the resort.
  28. Build a good rapport with residents.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  1. Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
  2. Ability to multi-task and time-manage.
