The predicted salary is between 20000 - 22000 £ per year.

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Within the range of £23,559 to £25,668 per year. *Starting salary subject to College Salary Assessment process.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at Suffolk New College as a Technician within the Electrical field. You will be required to provide technical advice, support, and practical assistance to staff and students. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining equipment and materials in practical workspaces, and ensuring safe working practices.

You will contribute to the College's health and safety activities and should have a good understanding of health and safety procedures, with willingness to undertake training such as first aid and fire marshall. An organized and methodical approach is essential to ensure smooth operations of workspaces, supporting the delivery of an excellent student experience. You should be able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including young people, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

This position is based at Suffolk New College Rural campus; however, as a multi-campus institution, you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
