Concierge Position Summary – Part Time
Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the building\’s integrity during weekends and scheduled times.
Primary Responsibilities for Concierge:
- Provide the highest quality customer service to residents
- Answer multiline telephone, screen, and direct calls
- Greet guests and residents, directing them to the correct destination
- Address resident concerns during the shift
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Schedule appointments
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- Carry out emergency procedures as required
- Use the BILD sales system effectively
- Oversee weekend activities
- Notify the Executive Director of emergencies
- Report repair needs to the Assistant Director
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
