    • Housekeeping Supervisor – Culduthel Care Home

    Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to be part of the team in Culduthel Care Home. Located in Inverness, Culduthel offers a choice of modern, luxury private ensuite rooms and executive suites that include all modern conveniences and are fully accessible. We provide the highest quality 24 hour personalised nursing care for older people, including the frail elderly and those living with dementia and its related conditions.

    Our mentorship programme and ongoing learning and development will give you all the support you need to develop your skills and progress in your career.

    Your role as a Meallmore Housekeeping Supervisor will include:

  • Have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your work, leading by example.
  • Honest, reliable, kind, compassionate genuine interest in the hospitality and environmentalaspects of the service
  • Ability to cope under pressure in a calm and efficient manner to set deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills with residents, visitors and the whole care home staff team
  • Able to organise and plan ahead ( ordering, cleaning schedules, audit and non-careinvoicing)

    • Skills and Requirements:

  • Experienced in delivering high quality housekeeping standards including the laundry area
  • Experienced in managing a housekeeping team
  • Understanding of budgets and budget delivery
  • Experienced in working with chemicals and COSHH
