About the Role

We are seeking a vivacious, highly organized Celebrity Lifestyle Personal Assistant to support a renowned photographer. This role offers five-star travel worldwide and requires maintaining a positive, effervescent attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lifestyle & Wellness Support:
  • Facilitate fitness activities (hiking, gym, swimming), source health-food options,
• Accompany the artist to social engagements: concerts, gallery openings, luxury brand events, exclusive winery tastings/openings, and other VIP functions

Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate a detailed calendar of events, appointments, and social engagements.

Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in organizing social gatherings, mixers, and private events. Curate a fun and vibrant social calendar. Vet potential contacts and handle logistics to ensure seamless interactions and effective scheduling. Support the celebrity in public settings by ensuring interactions align with their social image.

• Personality & Attitude: Friendly, outgoing, and adaptable—able to remain composed and upbeat under shifting circumstances.
• Lifestyle Alignment: Passion for an active, health-focused lifestyle (hiking, gym, swimming, nutritious dining), and eagerness to explore new cultures and cuisines.
• Event Savvy: Comfortable attending and representing the artist at upscale social events; polished demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Salary: Excellent $$$ – to be confirmed based on experience (salary can range depending on candidate\’s experience, open to entry-level PA to very experienced)
