Recruitment Solutions are working with a leading specialist in their field based in Abingdon, due to huge expansion they require 2 Parts Advisors on a permanent basis.

• £28,000-£32,000 per year

About the role

Main Duties Include:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for their vehicles
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked
• Process orders and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about new parts and accessories

About you

Candidate Expectations:

• Previous experience working within the Parts department
• Have a strong mechanical background
• Have strong organisation skills
• Have the ability to prioritise workload
• Have good English and Maths skills

Days, Hours and Salary:

• Working 5 out of 7 (guaranteed Sunday and 1 weekday off)
• Weekdays: 8:30am-6pm
• Saturday: 9am – 5pm
