Paladin Marketing has doubled in size over the past year, and we are now looking for an ambitious, experienced and self-motivated Digital Marketing Executive to help drive our continued success. If you are passionate about e-commerce, social media, and performance marketing, this is the role for you!

We specialise in high-impact digital strategies, focusing on e-commerce, paid ads, content marketing, social media, and email. As part of a performance-driven team, you'll play a key role in developing, executing, and optimising campaigns that truly engage and convert audiences.

Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a talented digital marketing pro with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in social media advertising and email marketing. If you're driven by data, love optimising campaigns to deliver outstanding results, and are passionate about helping brands grow, you will thrive in this fast-paced role. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Manage, plan and optimise paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and optimise email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to track, analyse, and refine campaign performance.
  • Work closely with clients and our internal teams to ensure strategies align with client goals.
  • Keep up with industry trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly social media ads and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for data-driven marketing.
