My client is a Building Main Contractor with an annual turnover of £50m. They currently have a number of construction projects up to £20m in the West Midlands/Shropshire region. At present, they are in the market for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage these schemes.
The ideal candidate will have:
