About The Role:
We’re looking for a confident Account Manager to join our growing team. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with trade clients, helping them source the latest PCs, gaming gear, AV tech, and accessories. You’ll also handle:
- Incoming sales calls and daily communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Sales quotes, pricing, orders, credits, returns, and general account support
- Keeping customer records accurate and secure
You’ll be given a customer database and the freedom to develop your own portfolio – this is all about connection, not cold calling. As an Account Manager, your product knowledge and ability to build rapport will be key to your success.
